Camp Sites:

Rates are based on 2 adults and 4 children

Tent sites - $15 per night (primitive sites 13 – 15)**
Camping sites - $33 per night (water / electric / sewer)**
Weekly - $198 (water / electric / sewer)**
Monthly - $425 + metered electric
Seasonal - $1,450 + metered electric

Additional adults $3 & children $2 per night

Additional tent on site with a camper is $10** per night for two people

Early check in is $5 per hour prior to 1:00 PM

Check in after 1:00 PM  -  Check out by 11:00 AM


Sam’s Place Rental:

Rent 6 sites for a minimum of 2 nights each and receive a 6 hour block of time free.  Outside guests will be asked to pay the visitor fee ($3 for adults and $2 for children (age 5-18).

Reunion / Graduation Parties / Wedding
Rent Sam's Place exclusive for 6 hours for $75, this includes up to 100 outside guests.  Additional guests will be asked to pay the visitor fee ($3 for adults and $2 for children (age 5-18).


Reservation Policy:

A credit / debit card deposit equal to 50% of your entire stay is required at the time of reservation.  Balance is due upon arrival.  Deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is greater than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  We cannot control the weather or other situations affecting our guests. Therefore, we adhere to our cancellation policy.  No shows and not adhering to the policy will result in being charged for the full length of your reservation.  Reservations will be guaranteed until 9:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date.  We will do our best to acknowledge your site requests but do reserve the right to move you to another site if the need arises.

Most sites are full hook–up sites; however, we do have a few that are water and electric only.  We do have a dump station on the grounds.

Camping Critters:

If you plan to bring your family pet there are a few simple rules to follow.  You are responsible for your pet’s actions.

  1. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times while on the campground property.
  2. Be respectful to fellow campers in keeping your pet out of their space / home.
  3. Pets are not to be left unattended.
  4. If your pet is a barker or digger, please consider leaving them at home.
  5. Don’t embarrass us or yourself by not picking up after your pet.
  6. Pets are not allowed in the restrooms or shower area.

General Campground Rules:

  1. Check in after 1:00 PM  -  Check out by 11:00 AM
  2. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM
  3. One vehicle per campsite – additional parking space is available.
  4. Absolutely NO firewood from outside of Todd County is to be brought in unless it has the proper State inspection certification still attached to it.  This is to prevent the spread of the emerald ash borer to our area.
  5. Absolutely NO rubber backed mats or indoor / outdoor carpeting of any kind are allowed on the grass.  You will be asked to remove them from your site. These rugs do kill the grass.    
  6. No ATV’s or golf carts are allowed to be brought in.
  7. Campfires inside the fire ring only. Do NOT move or alter the ring in any fashion.
  8. No fireworks or firearms allowed.
  9. Parents are responsible for their children and pets actions.

 We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any guest for any reason without a refund.
